Section 253
Employees will get incentive amount
(1) If the government employee who is sent to work for the collection of fines or government errors according to the decision, if he does not want to take the amount of daily and travel allowance, he will get twenty five percent incentive allowance of the collected amount.
(2) The Tehsildar will receive five percent of the amount recovered as per sub-section (1) as an incentive.
(3) The allowance or amount as per sub-section (1) and (2) shall be given from the amount of recovered fine or government debt.
(4) According to this section, if any person other than the government employee collects the fines or fines, they can be provided with the amount according to sub-section (2) in the same manner as the government employees.
